Quebec payroll without the compliance anxiety
Quebec payroll has more moving parts than the rest of Canada. We run your pay cycles, calculate and remit deductions to the right agency on time, and issue year-end slips so your team is paid correctly and you stay compliant.

FAQ
Do you hold our payroll funds?
No. Payroll and remittances run from your own bank account, so your money never sits with us.
Can you pay employees in other provinces?
Yes, we can set up and run payroll for employees across Canada.
When are RL-1 and T4 slips due?
Generally by the last day of February for the previous calendar year. We prepare them ahead of time.
Do you handle both Revenu Québec and CRA remittances?
Yes. Quebec amounts are remitted to Revenu Québec and federal amounts to the CRA as applicable, paid from your own bank account on schedule.
What are RL-1 and T4 slips?
The RL-1 is the Quebec employment income slip and the T4 is the federal one. Employers generally issue both by the last day of February.
How many employees can you pay?
From a single employee up to growing teams. Pricing depends on headcount and pay frequency; see our pricing page or book a call for a quote.
