Salesforce consulting that your team actually uses

From requirements to release: we analyze how you work, design the simplest Salesforce solution, build and test it, and train your people so it gets adopted.

In short Business analysis, Salesforce configuration and automation, testing and user adoption for Canadian teams. We use standard features, Flows and configuration first, and recommend custom development only when it adds real value. Remote, in English and French.

What we do

Requirements and process analysis

We run discovery with your stakeholders, map your business processes and turn needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria. Everyone agrees on what “done” means before anything is built.

Salesforce solution design

We design practical solutions using standard features, Flows and configuration first. Custom development is recommended only when it adds real value, so your org stays easier to maintain and cheaper to change.

Configuration and automation

We build objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards and Flows that streamline how your team works: less double entry, cleaner data and numbers leaders can trust.

Quality assurance and UAT

We create test plans and run functional, regression and security testing. We then guide your business users through user acceptance testing (UAT), so releases go live with confidence.

Release and adoption support

We validate deployments, write documentation and release notes, and train your users so new features get adopted, not ignored.

How an engagement works

  1. Free discovery call. We learn what you want to improve and who is involved.
  2. Scoped plan. You receive a written scope with user stories, deliverables and a quote before you commit.
  3. Design and build. We configure and automate in a sandbox, reviewing progress with you along the way.
  4. Test and UAT. We test thoroughly, then walk your users through acceptance testing.
  5. Release and train. We deploy, validate, document and train, then stay available for follow-up questions.

What you receive

Who it’s for

Canadian small and mid-sized businesses and teams that already use Salesforce, or are about to, and want it to fit how they actually work: sales teams with messy pipelines, service teams drowning in manual steps, and finance or operations teams that need reliable reports. It also suits organizations that want a second pair of eyes before a release.

Why a bookkeeping firm?

Good systems depend on good data and clear processes, the same things we care about in your books. Many clients ask us to connect what they track in Salesforce, such as quotes, invoices and customer records, with what we report in accounting. This work is delivered by an independent business consultant working with our team. See also our virtual office and fractional CFO services.

FAQ

Do you only work with standard Salesforce features?

We start with standard features, Flows and configuration because they are easier to maintain and upgrade. We recommend custom development only when it clearly adds value, and we explain why.

What is UAT and why does it matter?

User acceptance testing is when your own team tries the new setup against the agreed acceptance criteria before it goes live. It catches gaps early and builds confidence in the release.

Can you work in French and English?

Yes. Workshops, documentation, release notes and training can be delivered in English or French.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope. After a free discovery call you receive a written scope and quote before committing.

Do you work with teams outside Quebec?

Yes. The work is fully remote and we serve organizations across Canada.
